🐋 BREATHWORK MENTORING
for Inner Healing + Self-Exploration

Transformational Breathwork is an active meditation using conscious connected breathing that facilitates emotional release, transformative inner healing, deep insights, and self-exploration.

This 1.5h session begins with a conversation about your intentions, where you feel stuck, what you want to get clear on, or what you want to let go of.

Then I’ll guide you through an extended 45-60 minute Breathwork journey to help you move more deeply into your healing and unlock deeper self-exploration.

💨 BREATH COACHING
One-Month Program

Learn to use your breath to relieve stress + anxiety, improve sleep, regulate your emotions, and balance your energy.

I will teach you how to start a daily Breathwork practice, share the best techniques with you and create a customized breath toolbox for your specific needs.

You will also learn about the nervous system, our stress response and how the breath impacts how you think, feel and live. This program is science-based and focuses on results.

We meet four times on Zoom - once a week for 45 minutes. Plus, you receive guided audios and breath meditations for your daily practice.
